  • You will engage with potential clients to promote StretchLab's services and book introductory sessions.
  • You will conduct tours of the facility, establishing rapport and understanding individual client needs.
  • You will manage the front desk, greeting and checking in clients and prospects.
  • You will follow up with leads and maintain a high level of personal sales production.
  • You will participate in community events and outreach efforts to promote the studio.
  • You will ensure the studio is clean, organized, and welcoming for all clients.
  • You will collaborate with team members to create a positive and motivating atmosphere.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to learn and use studio management software (training will be provided).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for fitness and wellness is a must.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
