Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cashier/Receptionist to join our team at North Star Auto Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling transactions, and managing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer dealership phones, greet customers, and direct them to the correct department
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
  • Process transactions and payments for completed jobs
  • Manage loaner/rental vehicles, tracking days and times/lengths of rentals
  • Organize daily paperwork and scan it through to the warranty administrator
  • Document sales transactions daily
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the correct departments
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle a flexible schedule
  • Professional appearance and eagerness to improve on all aspects
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
