Qualifications:
- Completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program is mandatory.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English is essential for patient safety and care.

- Attendance in a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education programs is necessary to maintain certification.
