About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive patient care services.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement evidence-based respiratory care plans to improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintain a culture of safety by participating in monitoring activities within the work environment.
  • Identify and communicate potential hazards and errors to ensure patient well-being.
  • Contribute to quality and process improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and workflows.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent degree.
  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Care Professional in the state of Georgia.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) within one year of hire.

**Compensation:** $75,000 - $90,000 per year.
