Job Responsibilities
  • Administer high-quality nursing care to residents in ALFs, SNFs, and other post-acute care facilities.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to devise personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Ensure residents receive the right treatments and medications, and communicate effectively with residents and their families.
  • Consult with healthcare professionals, including doctors, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Set up and monitor medical equipment, and oversee compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.
  • Document interventions and medical histories accurately, and perform fluid sample draws for lab work.
  • Lead training and supervision of nursing staff, and assist with incident investigations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Completion of an approved nursing program.
  • Experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months).
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
