The Clinical Nurse Specialist plays a vital role in supporting physicians and ensuring the well-being of our patients throughout their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians in maintaining patient health and safety during all care procedures.
- Communicate interim report results to the physician and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with the Front Desk and medical staff regarding patient updates and treatment plans.
- Perform blood draws for laboratory tests and attend mandatory safety training sessions.
- Document current medications and any new prescriptions provided by our healthcare team.
- Support surgical procedures in the operating room as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage the release of sensitive information appropriately.
