We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wetland Scientist to join our dynamic team in Vancouver, Washington. As a key member of our Natural Resources group, you will be responsible for managing projects, leading a team of professionals, and providing expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project scope, develop budgets, and oversee staff to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Mentor and grow the PBS Natural Resources team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Establish and cultivate the Natural Resources practice within PBS, identifying new business opportunities and converting them into viable initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Biology or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of Project Manager experience, with a proven track record of growth and success.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience, with a strong leadership style and excellent communication skills.
  • Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) Certification.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful client-focused marketing plans.
Benefits
