Perinatal Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Perinatal Nurse Specialist to join our team at HumanEdge Allied Health.
Location: Albany, NY
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
About the RoleThis is a travel contract opportunity with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will work in a hospital setting, assisting the physician with all aspects of pregnancy and childbirth.
The Labor and Delivery nurse works closely with the medical team to monitor fetal heartbeat and contractions, administer medication, and provide guidance to the mother during recovery and infant care.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 2 years labor and delivery experience
- High risk OB experience
- EPIC experience required
- NY RN license in hand
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS
- NRP
- FHM (National Certification Corporation or Intermediate AWHONN issued within the past 3 years) required
