About the Role

Curo Health Services is seeking a highly skilled RN Clinical Manager to lead our hospice operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services in accordance with our company's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospice sites, including clinical and administrative functions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Participate in on-call nursing schedule and provide direct skilled bedside nursing care as needed.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
  • Three years' experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting required.
  • Minimum one year of management/supervisory experience required.
  • Two or more years' experience in hospice or home care required.
  • Current license to practice nursing in the state of employment required.
