Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team at RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy in Crystal Lake, IL. As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of pediatric clinicians, including PT, OT, Speech, and ABA therapists.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with physical therapy needs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient progress and independence.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in facility meetings and contribute to a positive, respectful work environment.
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
- Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration required.
- CPR certification required.
- Ability to lift patients using appropriate biomechanical techniques.
- Ability to walk, bend, stand, and reach frequently throughout the workday.
- Visual acuity sufficient to evaluate and monitor patient needs.
- Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to understand and give directions.
