**Nocturnist Opportunity Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Nocturnist to join our team at a 423-bed hospital in Erie, PA. As a Nocturnist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide excellent clinical and leadership skills to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with Advanced Provider support (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in block scheduling with 4 on, 6 off (12-hour shifts) to maintain a healthy work-life balance
  • Contribute to a team of hospitalists with mature leadership and well-established programs
