We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Advancement Program RN. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, to patients undergoing chronic hemodialysis treatment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Monitor patient vital signs, laboratory results, and other relevant data to identify potential complications and take appropriate action.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote self-care and independence.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current appropriate state licensure.
- Minimum of 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in nephrology nursing.
- Successful completion of FKC Education and Training requirements for new employees.
- CPR BLS Certification.
