Key Responsibilities:


This role entails the implementation of the Global Compliance - Enterprise Policy, the Operational Risk Management - Enterprise Policy, and the Compliance and Operational Risk Management (CORM) Program.

Primary duties include:

  • Identifying, escalating, and mitigating risks promptly.
  • Collaborating with leaders in Front Line Units and Control Functions globally.
  • Coordinating with Compliance and Operational Risk Officer teams.
  • Executing the CORM Program and associated Policies.
  • Analyzing trends and conducting assessments for emerging risks.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Evaluating risks and controls to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Providing independent oversight of Front Line Unit or Control Function performance.
  • Addressing compliance and operational risk issues by identifying root causes.
  • Managing a comprehensive inventory of processes, risks, and controls.
  • Interpreting laws and regulations to provide actionable guidance to stakeholders.
  • Responding to regulatory inquiries and supporting training development.
  • Monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring compliance with updated requirements.

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in risk management or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analytic tools.
  • Strong project management capabilities with a proven track record.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance processes.
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with business continuity and operational resilience.
