**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide direct and indirect nursing care to meet the diverse health needs of inmates, including adults (18-64 years) and geriatrics (65+).
  • Utilize effective communication skills to demonstrate respect, concern, and courtesy in all interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training.
  • Participate in educational programs and meetings to share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.

**Requirements:**

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a license to practice in the State of New Jersey.
  • CPR Certification and RN license in New Jersey.
  • Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent, minimum one year of experience in a correctional setting.
