Design Draftsman

We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Drafter & Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and architectural/engineering standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and experience in drafting for architecture or engineering projects is essential.

This position requires around 30 hours of work per week, typically between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Compensation: $26-32 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

• Create and modify detailed AutoCAD drawings and designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to gather specifications and ensure accuracy.
• Interpret sketches, technical drawings, and other design inputs to create precise CAD plans.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Maintain and organize project files, revisions, and drawing documentation.
• Conduct on-site visits to verify measurements and gather information for design updates.
• Assist in preparing technical drawings for client presentations and meetings.
