Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Litigation Paralegal to join our team at Qualified and Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full caseloads, preparing assessments of insurance claims, and maintaining frequent client contact.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage full caseloads alongside attorneys, preparing assessments of insurance claims.
  • Maintain frequent client contact and manage communications.
  • Handle calendaring and scheduling for legal processes.
  • Organize, review, and maintain case materials and legal documents, including pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests, responses, and other essential documents.
  • Assist in preparing for depositions, trials, and other court proceedings.
  • Utilize knowledge of state and federal court systems effectively.
Requirements:
  • Previous litigation experience; first-party property insurance litigation preferred but not required.
  • Self-sufficient, motivated, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients and maintain professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Stable work history with verifiable references.
