Join Our Team as a Guitar Technician

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Guitar Technician to join our team at Guitar Center. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional maintenance and repair services for guitars.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of guitar repair techniques and be able to work efficiently to meet deadlines. You will be responsible for servicing customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, maintaining store-owned gear, completing warranty repairs, and performing additional duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
  • Service customer-owned instruments with precision and attention to detail
  • Maintain store-owned gear, ensuring it is always in optimal working condition
  • Complete warranty repairs in a timely and efficient manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $**$55,000 - $65,000 per year**

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in guitar repair or a related field

  • Familiarity with Guitar Center products and services
  • Experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment
