Focused HR Solutions is seeking a seasoned IT Quality Assurance Lead to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work on a Medicaid Enterprise System project with a renowned client.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional who can ensure high-quality outcomes and deliverables for our clients. As an IT Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for documenting processes and working closely with business and technology teams to identify process owners and drive organizational quality.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Visio or other process documentation software and excellent facilitation skills. A Six Sigma certification is highly desired, as is experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum and SAFe. Knowledge of PMI processes, methodology, and best practices is essential, along with strong project management skills and experience in traditional 'waterfall' project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with business and technology teams to identify process owners and drive organizational quality.
  • Document processes and create process maps using Visio or other process documentation software.
  • Facilitate process improvements and drive organizational change.
  • Maintain knowledge of PMI processes, methodology, and best practices.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in IT project management.
  • Expertise in Visio or other process documentation software.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum and SAFe.

Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
