Estimated Salary: $13.50 - $15.50 per hourKey Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and register guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
  • Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guest needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests.
  • Perform regular bookkeeping duties, including maintaining accurate records of guest information and transactions.
  • Communicate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready and clean.
  • Field customer complaints when necessary, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
