Requirements:

  • Cosmetology and/or Barber License: You must be licensed to cut hair and meet the licensing requirements for your state or province.

  • Manage a team of stylists and provide guidance and support to help them grow and succeed.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and growth in the salon.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for every client.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in the industry and share your knowledge with the team.
