Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist Technician to join our team at Physical Therapy Central. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in supporting our physical therapists and physical therapy assistants in providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.
  • Assist physical therapists and physical therapy assistants in preparing equipment, such as hydrotherapy tanks and paraffin baths, for patient use.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Support patients during ambulation and gait training, under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
  • Remove and replace braces, splints, and slings from patient bodies as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
