About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Die-Cutter Operator to join our team in Woodinville, WA.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating die-cutting equipment, ensuring accurate and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret work orders to ensure seamless production.
  • Inspect materials and report discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Set up and operate die-cutting equipment for cutting and perforating.
  • Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct quality checks during production to ensure high-quality products.
  • Accurately record production data, including make-ready, spoilage, and good product counts.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 3 years of experience operating die-cutting equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed.
  • Flexible to work all shifts (day, swing, or night).
Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
