Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team at ADM's Corpus Christi, TX Grain facility. As a key member of our Maintenance department, you will be responsible for performing daily maintenance work on equipment and machinery, operating powered industrial equipment, and troubleshooting mechanical failures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine and complex maintenance work on equipment and machinery
  • Operate powered industrial equipment, including skid-steer and fork-truck
  • Troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform repairs
  • Install large equipment using hoists and cranes
  • Perform fabrication and welding tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Must be able to understand and follow company safety procedures
  • Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
  • Willing to work weekends, holidays, on-call, overtime, and 2nd shift if needed
  • Team player with initiative and drive to work independently
  • Electrical knowledge and welding experience preferred
  • Must have or be able to obtain a TWIC card (transportation worker identification card)
  • High mechanical aptitude
  • Able to meet physical requirements, including prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and working in confined spaces or from heights
  • Ability to multitask and exhibit a professional image
