Job Title: HHC/Hospice Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled HHC/Hospice Caregiver to join our team in Calumet County, WI. As a caregiver, you will provide personalized support and care to patients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

About the Job

Salary: $26.01 per hour (based on local market rates)

Job Type: Casual, with limited expectation of regular work schedule

Location: Chilton, WI

In this role, you will assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management. You will also provide emotional support and companionship, helping patients feel comfortable and secure in their own homes.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of a formal Home Health Aide program or Nursing Assistant's course
  • 1-2 years of experience in healthcare, preferably as a Nursing Assistant
