Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Low Voltage Foreman to join our team at Faith Technologies, Inc. (FTI). As a key member of our electrical services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of specialty systems, including copper/fiber structured cabling, outside plant, CATV, CCTV, WLAN, fire alarm, access control, security, and audio systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 individuals to ensure effective installation of specialty systems, meeting or beating estimated job costs.
  • Perform all job duties of a Specialty Systems Technician, including traveling to customer premises to install, troubleshoot, and maintain specialty systems.
  • Enforce and promote workplace safety procedures, consistently demonstrating a commitment to safety and well-being.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical aptitude and industry developments, ensuring the highest level of expertise.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
  • Completion of Electronic Systems Technician (EST) Apprenticeship Program (if applicable)
  • Ability to travel 60-75% of the time, with flexible work schedules to accommodate customer demands.
