Job Description:

As an Electrical Engineer - Rail Project Specialist at Egis Inc, you will provide direct support to the Technical and Project Management teams in developing and refining bid proposals, plans, designs, technical documents, and reports. You will be responsible for rendering professional advice on electrical engineering, including design standards and codes, power, MEP, and relevant design production. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with the team, subcontractors, client, partners, and stakeholders to understand their technical challenges and requirements and respond effectively. You will participate in evaluating the safety, security, and risk of operations to manage potential hazards that may cause delay or problems in delivering the project. You will report to Management the progress of assigned missions, promptly report any issue or conflict that may arise within the team or concerning the project, and propose solutions to overcome these difficulties. You will coordinate with fellow engineers, partners, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure that project requirements are met and that the project complies with codes, standards, deadlines, and contractual requirements. You will apply all rules and plans applicable to projects or the company and contribute to the adherence of colleagues to these rules and plans. You will attend all meetings necessary for the completion of the project. As one of the Sustaining Technical Employees, you will attend all required trainings, workshops, seminars, and meetings to maintain technical qualification and be aware of updates. You will participate in trainings, learning sessions, and activities organized by the Company about compliance and professional development. You will maintain a positive professional relationship with colleagues and partners involved in Projects. You will support the project team and operations.

Profile:

At least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, particularly in railway or horizontal projects, whether in design or in construction. MS Office literate, capable of report preparation, proficient in written and spoken English, effective in managing staff and consultants. Must have experienced a managerial role, handled a team of people. Must have a valid PRC license. Must be willing to travel for work.

Minimum level of education required: 4-Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Science. Minimum level of experience required: Over 10 years.
