Spa Receptionist

The award-winning Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is seeking a highly skilled Spa Receptionist to join our team. Located in the beautiful coastal town of Dana Point, this resort offers a unique blend of luxury and relaxation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets and registers guests entering the spa/salon/health club/fitness center.
  • Provides administrative and clerical support to the Spa managers, including word-processing, typing, emailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and/or dictation, making travel arrangements, and performing other general office duties.
