Dentist Opportunity with Autonomy and Support
4 weeks ago
At Sonrava Health, we offer a unique opportunity for General Dentists to thrive in a supportive environment. Our team is dedicated to providing the best possible care for patients, and we're looking for like-minded professionals to join us.
As a General Dentist with Sonrava Health, you'll have the autonomy to create treatment plans and provide direct care to your patients. You'll report to a Doctor, not a practice owner, ensuring that your clinical expertise is valued and respected.
We're an established organization with a strong clinical and operations leadership team. Our offices receive comprehensive support from departments including billing, marketing, call center, procurement, IT, facilities, human resources, legal, and more.
Our benefits package is designed to support your success, including a guaranteed daily rate, lucrative incentive program, company-paid professional liability insurance, and company-sponsored continuing education events.
Expected annual earnings for full-time doctors range from $150,000 to $400,000 based on our percentage of production pay model.
Qualifications include a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
