We are seeking a highly skilled Global Account Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing our relationship with one of the largest media companies in the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business plan to drive revenue growth and adoption of Amazon Web Services (AWS) within the media and entertainment vertical market segment.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders at the customer organization, including business and IT leaders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams within the account.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive customer success and adoption of AWS services.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer's business needs and goals, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team that is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Our team is committed to helping industry customers enable their digital transformation journeys and meet their business outcomes.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of enterprise technology selling experience in large global accounts.
  • 7+ years in identifying, developing, negotiating and closing large-scale technology deals as primary account owner.
  • 3+ years working with a large media company in a cloud or SaaS technology role.
  • A BA or BS degree in computer science, engineering, business, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A strong understanding of AWS and/or technology as a service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS).
  • Experience managing large enterprise accounts within the industry.
  • Familiarity with specific applications, workflows and partner ecosystem.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills.
  • Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership.
