Crimson Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Specialist Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of electrical and telecommunications engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the planning team, project management, and external partners to deliver construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Act as the client on the construction site, ensuring that all aspects of the project are managed effectively, including quality, costs, deadlines, and safety.
  • Coordinate with external service providers to ensure that all necessary measures are taken to maintain the network areas, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Monitor the technical and commercial performance of external service providers and suppliers, ensuring that they meet the required standards.
  • Develop and implement measures to ensure occupational, environmental, and fire protection, as well as accident prevention.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for construction measures, including reports and records.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of further training as a state-certified technician or master in the field of electrical engineering.
  • Proven experience in construction management, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
