Minimum Qualifications:
  • Valid Registered Professional Nurse License
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for travel.
  • Flexibility to be assigned to various locations.
  • Physical capability to bend, kneel, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Willingness to work in an infectious disease clinic.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and one of the predominant languages spoken in the community.
  • Minimum of one year experience in a public health setting.

  • Collaborate with health department staff and external partners to address client needs.
  • Monitor client health records and conditions to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Collect and maintain statistical data to support departmental objectives.
  • Facilitate health screenings in compliance with local, state, and federal mandates.
  • Report communicable diseases and health conditions to the appropriate programs.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills and maintain professional relationships with team members and partners.
  • Prepare and maintain the clinic area, ensuring safety and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate and document results for special clinics as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data integrity for all client information.
