Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, to patients with end-stage renal disease.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Assist with training and education of new staff members, and participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current RN license.
- Minimum of 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong background in nephrology nursing.
- Successful completion of Fresenius Medical Care North America's education and training requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
