Additionally, you should be able to self-manage and multi-task, meet deadlines, and have experience with property management software (preferred).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Vendor Jobs
  • Maintain and upkeep property maintenance information
  • Oversee tenant maintenance requests
  • Oversee and execute the Preventative Maintenance
  • Work Order Management
  • Oversee the towing at all properties
