Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Support: Assist in the preparation of transaction-related documentation, including information memoranda, pitch books, corporate profiles, and market data and analyses.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth company and industry research to support client engagements and marketing opportunities.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and execute financial models, including valuation assessments, to support client transactions.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as a critical team member in the execution of advisory and financing transactions, providing expert financial guidance and support to clients.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum three years of transactions-related experience in a corporate finance environment from a Wall Street or middle-market investment bank.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university preferred.
  • Skills: Strong financial modeling, research, and financial analysis skills, with proficiency in financial research tools.
  • Licenses: SIE (Securities Industry Essentials Exam), FINRA Series 7 or Series 82, and Series 63 and Series 79 licensed.
  • Travel: Ability to travel, as needed.
  • Authorization: Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
