About the Role

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients in a hospital setting
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
  • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in nursing or a related field
  • One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting (preferably)
  • Advanced certification in a field of specialty (if applicable)
