WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are in search of a highly motivated and skilled Front Desk Associate for our salon. Your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional customer experience to all our clients, promoting memberships that offer significant savings, and fostering a positive workplace atmosphere. You will be dedicated to driving membership sales, retail sales, and scheduling appointments. If you possess a strong passion for sales and outstanding customer service, we would be eager to connect with you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Boost membership and retail sales
  • Welcome visitors and ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Schedule appointments both in-person and via phone
  • Assist with operational tasks, including inventory management
  • Maintain a clean and inviting salon environment
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Availability to work some weekends and evenings
  • Familiarity with MindBody Software is a plus
