Job Summary

Optum CA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Redlands, CA. As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you'll be an integral part of our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment.
  • Average census is 2-3 patients per hour.
  • See patients of all ages, newborns to geriatric age.
  • Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.

**Requirements:**

  • New Grads are welcome to apply.
  • Unrestricted CA NP License.
  • CA DEA certificate required prior to start date.
  • Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • EMR Proficiency.

California Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $139,000 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
