CBD American Shaman Retail Consultant

We are a nationwide retail hemp company seeking outgoing, motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our team. As a Retail Consultant, you'll be the go-to expert for customers seeking guidance and knowledge about our products. You'll work in a tranquil boutique environment, where your expertise and enthusiasm will make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain exceptional customer service and relationships with new and returning customers
  • Educate customers on product knowledge and features
  • Ensure the store is stocked with products and supplies on a daily basis
  • Meet and exceed sales and weekly goals

Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Weekend availability is a must
  • Fast learner and coachable
  • Cash handling and POS knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Dependable and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills
