Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse - Med Surg/Tele

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Registered Nurse to join our team at Ernest Health. As a Travel Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including long-term acute care hospitals, and provide high-quality patient care to individuals in need.

Responsibilities:

* Provide direct patient care to patients with a variety of medical conditions, including those with complex and acute needs
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their unique needs and develop effective care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques

Requirements:

* 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a long-term acute care setting
* Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
* Current, valid, and active driver's license
* Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation
* Recent acute care experience for acute care and LTAC placements

Qualifications:

* Minimum Qualifications:
* 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse required, but may vary by client and setting
* Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required
* Current, valid, and active driver's license required
* Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation
* Recent acute care experience for acute care and LTAC placements

Certifications, Licensures, Registrations:

* Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required
* Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor required, AHA preferred and required by some clients
* Additional certifications may be required by Vibra Travels and/or client (ex ACLS, PALS, NRP)
