Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunications Construction Foreman to join our team at Ansco & Associates, LLC. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and repair of underground telecommunications cabling, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of crew members to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects
  • Inspect and monitor the work of crew members to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Locate and identify underground cable and other utilities
  • Operate and maintain a variety of equipment, including trucks, excavators, and hand tools
  • Perform physical labor, including lifting and carrying heavy materials, and working in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
  • 3+ years of experience in the telecommunications or utility construction industry
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a variety of equipment
  • Ability to read prints and interpret utility maps
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances
