Job Opportunity

Lakeshore Sport & Fitness is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Pickleball Coach to join our team at our Lincoln Park location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Organized Open Play, welcoming members, taking attendance, and helping new players learn the rules.
  • Coach intro-level programs for members to learn the game and build a basic skill level.
  • Help onsite for private pickleball events by teaching the group the game, basic skills, and getting their play started in a round robin style.
  • Coordinate play and court time for match play groups.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work weekends and weekdays.
  • Friendly, outgoing, energetic, and positive attitude.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to help organize and officiate tournaments and mixers throughout the year.
