As a Beverage Server, you will:

  • Warmly greet guests and take their drink and food orders, providing insights into menu items while seeking opportunities for additional sales.
  • Create memorable first and last impressions for our guests.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Verify guests' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age.
  • Prepare and serve a diverse selection of craft cocktails, beers, wines, and food, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our menu offerings.
  • Exhibit attention to detail while utilizing drink mixing tools and techniques.
  • Prepare appropriate garnishes and fruits for cocktails.
  • Accurately process transactions through the point-of-sale system, ensuring all cash, credit, and debit transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Address customer concerns in a professional manner.
  • Follow responsible alcohol service procedures to prevent overconsumption and manage intoxicated guests.
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar area.
  • Handle glassware cleaning and stocking through the operation of the glass washer and sanitizer.
  • Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
