Research Grants Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Research Grants Analyst to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing grants and contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing financial analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain grant and contract records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Review and analyze financial reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement processes for grant and contract management, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with research administrators, principal investigators, and other stakeholders to ensure grant and contract compliance.
- Prepare and submit grant and contract reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support research initiatives and grant applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and 3 years of experience in grants and contracts or a related area.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms, with experience in financial software and systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Clinical research experience, with knowledge of grant and contract regulations and compliance.
