Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care and outcomes, allocating human and fiscal resources to achieve optimal results.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery and patient throughput.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical practice, patient satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in patient care and nursing practice.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience, with previous management experience preferred.
- BSN required; RN candidates without a BSN must be enrolled in a BSN program within one year of hire and complete the program within three years.
- Appropriate professional certification (clinical or leadership) required within one year of eligibility.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds, and possess intact senses of sight, hearing, smell, and touch.
