Michael Page is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead our client's light industrial division in Atlanta, GA. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of subordinate superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, progress reports, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Manage labor, materials, and subcontractors to ensure work quality and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Maintain positive relationships with owners, design consultants, and project managers.
  • Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives to ensure compliance.
  • Enforce safety programs and manage quality control processes.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
  • Commercial construction experience, preferably with light industrial builds.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of construction management or a related field is preferred.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary: $115,000 - $135,000 + benefits package.
  • Negotiable package subject to experience.
