Job Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber Registered Nurse to join our team of professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Medication Administration and Nursing Program, providing excellent training and task delegation to Caregivers and CNAs, and collaborating with Client's PCP as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Medication Administration and Nursing Program
  • Provide Excellent Training and Task Delegation to Caregivers and CNAs
  • Assess Clients with specified nursing/medication needs and care plan evaluations
  • Collaborate with Client's PCP as needed
Requirements
  • A desire to help seniors access high-quality care while remaining independent
  • A desire to be out in the community instead of the same facility each day
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon
  • Passion for training, teaching, and equipping
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent collaboration skills and team mindset
  • Strong interpersonal, discretion, and judgment skills
  • Proficiency with technology and electronic devices
  • Sense of warmth, welcome, and professionalism
