Job Title: Restaurant Server

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Server to join our team. As a Restaurant Server, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering menu questions, managing multiple tables, and supporting the rest of the FOH staff during shifts.
  • Be able to handle unique problems as they arise and provide creative solutions.
  • Make recommendations to guests based on their preferences and dietary needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure that orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
