Hillcrest Hospital South is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. As a critical care nurse specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure informed decision-making.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Current Oklahoma License as a Registered Nurse.
- Current certification in CPR and ACLS.
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an ICU setting.
