About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As an Ultrasound Imaging Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Diagnostic Imaging department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures on pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients under the direction of a Radiologist.
  • Independently operate ultrasound equipment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • Completion of an approved Ultrasound Technology Training Program.
  • Associate's Degree or higher from an accredited educational institution in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
  • National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography or National Registered Technologist - Sonography.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Washington Radiologic Technologist.
  • National Registered Technologist - Radiography - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • 1 year Medical sonography as a registered sonographer or as a registry eligible sonographer.
