Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Second Family Inc. as a Certified Nursing Assistant for a weekend shift.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care under the direction of our RN Supervisor and LPN, ensuring that each client receives personalized attention and support according to their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assist nurses in providing patient care through personal hygiene assistance, meal preparation, and bathroom support.
- Collect assessment data and accurately record vital signs, height, weight, blood glucose levels, and specimen collection.
- Contribute to the development of the client's plan of care based on identified patient problems/needs.
- Perform basic nursing tasks and carry out RN and/or LPN directives accurately.
Working Conditions: This role requires standing, walking, and lifting moderate weights for prolonged periods.
Estimated salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
